Colosus Keyless Electronic Digital Smart Door Lock - Broken after only 1...

I bought this Colosus Keyless Smart Door Lock, after only 1 year, it is broken.  Something inside broke where we can not open the door by swinging the handle downward (the typical way).  Instead we have to swing handle upwards to open the door.



I am contacting Colosus hoping they will stand behind / support their product.



So far we have sent message to Colosus via Amazon about 3 days ago, but no reply.
